Op de afdeling URE houdt de consulent Intake & Screening zich bezig met het intake proces. Gedurende het intakeproces worden onder andere de volgende factoren onderzocht door de Consulent Intake & Screening, om de hulpvraag duidelijk in kaart te brengen voor een indicatiestelling:<\/p>\n
Huisbezoek: Registratie en verslaglegging: Wachtlijstsessie:<\/strong> The outpatient client visits the FMA once or twice a week for treatment, but continues to live in his own environment.
