1995
Fundashon pa Maneho di Adikshon is established. The first contribution from the Central Government comes in the form of a donation from the Crime Fund. Fundashon pa Maneho di Adikshon (FMA) will receive 1.5 million as starting capital from Minister Drs. Stanley Inderson.
1997
The drop-in center for chronic addicts, Dios Yudami, was started in 1997 by the Sisters of Schijndel, who distributed food to homeless addicts in Scharloo and the surrounding area. Later, FMA was approached for support and the activities of the Sisters were taken over and expanded.
1997 to 2000
In 1997, the FMA office was officially opened in a building in Saliña. Here they start with the registration of clients and for the first time receive a subsidy from the island territory of Curaçao through a care contract. Together with Stichting de Hoop from Dordrecht - an authority in the field of addiction care - FMA is organizing the first basic course in addiction care for its staff. In the year 2000, FMA again starts with technical support from Stichting de Hoop with electronic registration of clients.
2000 to 2001
With funds from the Urgency Program for Youth and Youth from the Netherlands, Ambulatory Assistance to Young People was set up in 2000, followed in 2001 by the Department of Ambulatory Assistance to Adults. In 2001, with funds from Reda Sosial, the bus LIBER is introduced, a mobile drop-in center for care in the neighborhoods of Curaçao.
2002
In 2002, in addition to the walk-in, a night shelter for homeless, chronic addicts was started at Dios Yudami. In that year, FMA and Stichting de Hoop also took the initiative to set up Fundashon Speransa, the foundation that then offered 24/7 care to men.
2005
In 2005, FMA and Aqualectra conclude a cooperation agreement with the aim of prevention in the workplace and treatment of employees. Aqualectra is also one of the first local companies to include addiction prevention in their collective labor agreement.
2005
The Paso a Paso study is being carried out by the Medical and Health Service (GGD) and FMA, with the aim of obtaining a picture of the results of the treatment of persons who were registered as clients with FMA between 2001 and 2003. This survey shows that most ex-clients are still clean and have generally made progress in their general health, social functioning and working conditions.
2007
In collaboration with Fundashon Material pa Skol and with funding from the Stichting Samenwerking Fondsen for the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba, a prevention curriculum is being developed for the benefit of Foundation Education.
2018
Fundashon Speransa is dissolved and Speransa becomes a branch of the Fundashon pa Maneho di Adikshon.
2018
Partnership between Un Miho Mañan (UMM) the General Psychiatric Hospital Foundation doctor David Ricardo Capriles and Dios Yudami (DY) department of Fundashon pa Maneho di Adikshon. They will come under one roof in the Kranshi Bieu building in Scharloo.

Integration of FMA in Stichting GGz Curaçao.
